75 Year Old Father Killed by Son-in-Law

Tuesday, March 23, 1999
On Sunday, March 21, 1999 at approximately 10:00 P.M., Gambino Hernandez, a 75 years old male, Hispanic, was playing cards with his son-in-law, Alfredo Ramirez Garcia, 53 years old, male Hispanic, in the kitchen of their residence located on the 200 block of East 108th Street, Los Angeles.
Hernandez and Garcia began to argue for unknown reasons and Garcia shot Hernandez. Hernandez was transported to Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries.
The suspect, Garcia has been arrested for 187(a) PC, murder. The murder weapon has been recovered.
