23 Year-Old Man Dies From Stabbing

"23 Year Old Man Dies from Stabbing"

 

Pacoima - On Friday, March 9, 2001, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Foothill Area patrol officers responded to a radio call of a "Screaming Man" in the 9800 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard, Pacoima. The victim, identified as Victor Cruz, a 23 year-old resident of Pacoima, was being treated by paramedics.

The investigation revealed that the victim got into an argument with suspect(s) at a Bar on San Fernando Road. The suspect(s) then followed the victim to his residence and a fight ensued. The victim was stabbed during the altercation. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he, subsequently, succumbed to his injuries.

The identity of the suspect(s) are unknown at this time.
