Los Angeles: On Monday March 24, 2003 at approximately 3:50 p.m., a fatal traffic collision occurred in which 82 year-old Neamatollah Pounoray of Los Angeles was killed at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Federal Avenue.
