Father and Infant Girl Killed in Crash

Los Angeles: On March 1, 2004, at about 2:35 p.m., a fatal vehicle vs. building traffic collision occurred to the rear of 801 Via De la Paz in Pacific Palisades. An unidentified male White in his 30’s was driving a 2002 Acura MDX. The only passenger of the Acura was an infant girl approximately 2 to 3 years old, seated behind the driver. The Acura crashed through a wall, which caused a fire that engulfed part of the car and the building.
Both occupants of the car were pronounced dead at the scene. At this time, the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office has not positively identified the bodies.
