Bicyclist Victim of Drive-By-Shooting

Los Angeles: On Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at about 9:04 p.m., Foothill Patrol Officers responded to a radio call at Sutter Avenue and Van Nuys Boulevard in Pacoima.

The investigation revealed the victim was riding his bicycle east on Van Nuys Blvd when an unknown person from a moving vehicle approached him, shooting and killing him. The suspect’s left the scene in a light colored car.

The victim’s identification is being withheld pending the notification to the family.
