Two Women Shot and Wounded

"UPDATE- Two Women Shot and Wounded"

 

Los Angeles: On Wednesday, March 10, 2004, at about 4:30 a.m., Devonshire Area patrol officers responded to a shots fired investigation at Rinaldi Street and Blucher Avenue, in Mission Hills. The officers discovered two Black women in their early 40’s who had been shot multiple times. The two women were taken to local hospitals where one of them is listed in critical condition and the other one in stable condition.

A male Hispanic wearing thick black rim glasses and driving a bright yellow Sport Utility Vehicle with a luggage rack was seen leaving the location.

The motive is unknown at this time.

Update:

On Friday March 12, 2004, an arrest warrant for Rafael Sanchez, a twenty five year old resident of Panorama City, was obtained from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in connection with this incident. Sanchez is described as being 6’ 2" inches tall, 250 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He wears thick prescription glasses and has multiple tattoos.
