What: Chief’s Monthly News Availability

Los Angeles: Members of the media are cordially invited to attend the Monthly News Availability Meeting, hosted by Los Angeles Police Chief William J. Bratton. This news availability is consistent with Chief Bratton’s mandate to foster an attitude of openness and cooperation between the Department and the public/media.

Chief Bratton will discuss the City’s current recruitment efforts, crime trends and crime statistics. Additionally, children who are enrolled in 77^TH Division’s youth "Boot Camp," along with their parents, will attend the news conference to discuss the program.
