"Two Found Shot in Highland Park Apartment"

 

Los Angeles: Officers from Northeast police station discovered a man and a woman shot in an apartment in the 1100 block of North Nolden Street in Highland Park.

The officers arrived at 3:35 AM, March 20, 2005, after being directed by dispatchers about a shooting. A 42-year-old Hispanic man and a 17-year-old White woman were found dead from gunshot wounds to their upper bodies.

No relationship between the victims was immediately available, and their identities were withheld pending notification to their families.

The motive for the shooting was not apparent and no suspects were identified.
