Los Angeles: A man was arrested early Sunday morning in the 10900 block of Bluffside Drive after he fatally stabbed an acquaintance.
On Sunday March 25, 2007, at approximately 8:05 AM, Anthony Lovato, 26, of Studio City, became involved in an argument with Wayne Hughes, 25, from Cathedral City.
The argument escalated into a physical altercation and Lovato used a knife to stab Hughes multiple times.
Hughes was transported to a local hospital where he died a short time later.
Lovato was arrested for murder and remains in custody.
