Body of Murdered Homeless Man Found at Beach

{UPDATE}

Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Pacific Area homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in the murder investigation of a 25-year-old homeless man.

The body of the victim, a white male, was discovered partially buried in the sand on the beach near Ocean Front Walk and Breeze Avenue by Los Angeles City Park and Recreation employees at approximately 7 p.m., March 9, 2008. It appeared he had been beaten to death and then dragged to the burial site.

The victim has been identified as Nathan Alan Morgan, originally from Ohio.

Detectives are looking for witnesses or anyone with information about the case to come forward and offer investigative assistance.
