WHY:
On Saturday, October 13, 2007, 19 year-old Daniel Angel Arviso, a resident of Wilmington, was walking to a cousin’s house for a birthday party when unknown suspect(s) shot and killed him. A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspect(s).
