Los Angeles:   The family of Akiva Estersohn and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s help to locate Akiva.

On March 7, 2012, Akiva arrived in Los Angeles to worship with some family friends.  On Friday, March 9, 2012 around 6:30 a.m., friends discovered that he was missing from their residence in the area of 2nd Street and Formosa Avenue.  Akiva has not been seen or heard from since.  His friends and family are extremely concerned for his welfare.

Akiva is a 48 year-old White male with blonde hair and hazel eyes.  He stands six feet tall and weighs 180 pounds.  It is unknown what type of clothing he was wearing.  Akiva is possibly driving in a gold 4 door 2001 Honda Accord, with a license plate of 4NMX239.  Akiva enjoys hiking and may possibly be in an area with an abundance of hiking trails.
