Search Warrant Served in Devonshire on Pornography Investigation

"Search Warrant Served in Devonshire on
Pornography Investigation"

 

Los Angeles - On Wednesday, May 16, 2001, the Los Angeles Police Department's Organized Crime and Vice Division, Pornography Unit (OCVD) culminated a six-month investigation into the distribution of obscene videos. Search Warrants were served at the business of Mike Norton, owner of J.M. Productions, 8955 Fullbright Avenue in the Devonshire Area of Los Angeles.

The undercover OCVD Detectives investigated this company, which revealed the distribution of sexually explicit adult videos that may display obscene acts. Evidence was obtained at the location without incident and no arrest were made. This case will be presented to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office for prosecution. This investigation is ongoing.
