Los Angeles - On Wednesday, May 23, 2001, at approximately 12:30 p.m., South Traffic Division officers responded to an "Ambulance Traffic Collision" at 214 East 76th Street. The officers investigation revealed that Moises Cobian Sr. was backing his 1971 Chevy Suburban southbound from his driveway, when he felt a bump.
