LAPD Responds To Playboy Pictorial

Los Angeles – The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) was recently made aware that one of our police officers is featured in an issue of Playboy Magazine. Consistent with our long-standing position on issues pertaining to personnel matters, the Department will look into the matter in an effort to determine what, if any, policy issues need to be addressed and then take whatever action is appropriate.

The Los Angeles Police Department remains committed to the expectation that its officers exhibit the highest level of professional conduct, both on and off duty.

This press release was prepared by the LAPD’s Media Relations Section, 213-485-3586.
