Triple Murder Investigation
Los Angeles: On May 5, 2003 at approximately 6:00 p.m., Wilshire Area patrol units received several radio calls including one of a "woman screaming for help" at 630 Masselin Avenue. Upon the officers’ arrival citizens informed them that there were three dead people in an apartment, which the officers verified. A family member first discovered the victims.
The victims were a fifty six-year-old female, a thirty-year-old female and a two-year-old male. All three victims appeared to have gunshot wounds. The names are being withheld pending identification by the Coroner’s Office. There are no suspects in custody at this time and no motive has been established. Robbery-Homicide Division is conducting the investigation.
