25th Annual Memorial Relay Race

 

Who:
Los Angeles Police Chief William J Bratton and Los Angeles Police Revolver and Athletic Club Staff.

What:
Los Angeles Police Department’s 25th Annual Memorial Relay Race.

When:
Sunday, June 1, 2003, beginning at 8:15 a.m.

Where:
Dockweiler Beach in Playa Del Rey, located at Vista Del Mar and Imperial Highway.

Los Angeles: On Sunday, June 1, 2003, the Los Angeles Police Department will hold their 25th annual memorial race. The race is a major fundraising event, hosted by the Los Angeles Police Revolver and Athletic Club (LAPRAAC). The proceeds from this event will benefit the families of Los Angeles Police Department officers who died in the line of duty.

Los Angeles Police Chief William J Bratton will serve as the Official Starter to the race.

This family event is open to the public, featuring food booths, rock climbing, inflatable jumpers and other interactive games for children.

The day’s agenda is as follows:
