Los Angeles: On Wednesday April 28, 2004, at about 3:15 p.m., a 13 year old male was riding his bicycle in the area of 77^th Street and Sepulveda Boulevard when he was confronted by an adult male. The juvenile was on his way to a neighborhood school. The adult male, aged 24 to 27, was described as having a slender build and light brown hair. The adult male was driving a white van, and repeatedly told the juvenile to get into the van. The juvenile ignored the male and rode his bike into a school parking lot. The adult male then drove away. The word "Rooter" was seen on the side of the van.
