Argument Leads to Fatal Shooting

Los Angeles- On Sunday, May 16, 2004, at about 8:26 p.m., Foothill patrol officers responded to a radio call in the 11000 block of Glamis Street in the Lake View Terrace area of Foothill Division. The victim was found shot and was transported to a local hospital by the Los Angeles City Fire Department, where he died.

The investigation revealed that the victim was standing in front of the location when a green Jeep Cherokee with three men inside drove up. The victim and the driver exchanged words when one of the passengers in the vehicle fired several rounds from an unknown type gun, fatally wounded the victim.

The victim’s identification is being withheld pending the notification to the family.
