Gay and Lesbian Recruitment Drive

Los Angeles Police Academy Gym, 1880 North Academy Drive, Los Angeles

Los Angeles: To further the efforts in creating a diverse police department in the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department in conjunction with the Gay and Lesbian Community Forum, is promoting a recruitment drive focusing on the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities. Your presence and support at this event is requested to assist the Department with their continuing commitment to create a truly diverse Los Angeles Police Department.

Lorri L. Jean, the Chief Executive Officer for the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center will be speaking on the advancement of the relationship between the Los Angeles Police Department and the Lesbian Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community.

The Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles, celebrating their 25th Anniversary will be providing a medley of songs.
