27 -Year-Old Man Killed

 

Los Angeles: Central Homicide Detectives are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for the late night death of a 27-year-old male, hispanic.

On Friday, May 6, 2005 at about 11:55 p.m., LAPD officers responded to a radio call in the William Mead Housing project. Once at the location the officers were directed to the 1400 block of Bloom Street. Officers located the body of Francisco Vivas the apparent victim of a drive by shooting.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The shooting appears to be gang related.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a white Nissan Pathfinder.

The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public's help. Anyone with information is urged to contact Central Homicide Detectives Spell or Badar at 213-972-1203.
