Man Stabbed to Death in His Apartment

 

Los Angeles: Hollenbeck Homicide Detectives are investigating the murder of a 60 year-old Iranian man found inside his apartment.

On Monday, May 16, 2005, around 4:30 p.m., Hollenbeck Patrol Officers were dispatched to a radio call for a death investigation in the 5300 block of Via Marisol Avenue.

After entering the apartment, the officers found the victim lying on a bed in the living room, with a single stab wound to his upper body. The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded and attempted to revive the victim. He was pronounced dead at 4:35 p.m.
