LAPD Sexual Assault Investigation Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a report of an alleged sexual assault involving Los Angeles Laker basketball player Kwame Brown. The assault is alleged to have occurred in the early morning hours of April 29, 2006. The Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery Homicide Division is handling the investigation. The Los County District Attorney's office has been made aware of the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the 24-hour toll free Detective Information Desk at 1-877-LAWFULL (529-3855).
