Chief Bratton Holds Media Availability - Revised

What:
Chief Bratton will address officers at the 3:15 PM roll call of Rampart Police Station. (pool camera in roll call for B-roll, just prior to Chief’s remarks)

Immediately following, Chief Bratton will take questions from the media in the police station parking lot.

When:
Friday, May 12, 2006
3:15 PM

Estimated that Chief will take questions from media in the upper parking lot of Rampart Station at 3:30 PM.

Where:
Rampart Police Station
2710 West Temple
Los Angeles

Media trucks should park along Temple Street.

Who:
Chief of Police William Bratton

Why:
Chief Bratton will address the following topics:

Outlets interested in serving as the pool camera for B-roll should arrive at 2:45 PM and check in with Lt. Paul Vernon. Media present will be asked to pick the pool camera from among outlets present. The pool camera will be able to get B-roll in the roll call room, just prior to the Chief making his remarks.
