Kidnap Victim Found Los Angeles: A 16-year-old teen-ager kidnapped by her former boy-friend, is found. Victim, Gloria Conteraras, a 16-year-old Hispanic female who was kidnapped by her former boy friend on May 27, 2006 from the parking lot of "The Plant" Shopping Center in Van Nuys was found unharmed today in the 9000 block of Sylmar Ave. The suspect Ednaul Rios, returned Conteraras home this afternoon and was arrested at the location for kidnapping and later booked at Van Nuys on those charges.
