48 Year-Old At Risk Woman is Missing

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Ms. Fat Phan, an 48-year-old female Cambodian who was last seen on Saturday, around 12:00 p.m.

On Saturday, May 27, 2006, around 12:00 p.m., Ms. Phan decided to walk away from home and has not yet returned. Phan lives in the area of 1000 block of West Figueroa Terrace in Los Angeles. Phan is a female Asian, 5 feet tall, weighs approximately 145 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, and medium complexion.

Phan has a limited mental capacity to remember her name, her address, phone number or family contact information. Phan does not speak English, and she only speaks Cambodian or Chinese. Phan is deaf and she suffers from an unknown mental condition and takes unknown prescribed medication.

Phan was last seen wearing a green sleeveless shirt, yellow pants, and unknown colors slippers.
