Los Angeles City Council Members representing the San Fernando Valley
Why:
The Los Angeles Police Department's Valley Traffic Division, in conjunction with City Councilman Dennis Zine, the Valley Traffic Advisory Council, and the City of Los Angeles Recreation & Parks Department, will host the 3rd Annual Valley Traffic Safety Fair.
This fun and educational event is designed to promote traffic and pedestrian safety in the San Fernando Valley and will feature a car show, bicycle and safety helmet giveaways, and complimentary child safety seat inspections.
Event goers will also see static and interactive displays from LAPD specialized units, the Los Angeles City Fire Department, the California Highway Patrol, the Automobile Club of Southern California, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the Metropolitan Transit Authority and Safe Moves Los Angeles.
