Man Killed in Drive-by Shooting

Los Angeles: A 46-year-old Los Angeles man was shot to death Thursday night when a gunman in a passing car opened fired on him.

Around 11:30 p.m., Joaquin Aguilar was standing on a sidewalk in the 8500 block of San Pedro Street when he was shot, police said.

The victim was taken to California Hospital where he later died.

Police have no suspect or vehicle description and the motive of the shooting hasn't been determined.
