Market Robbery Suspect Captured on Tape NR12215bb

Los Angeles:  Detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify an armed robber who held up a Market with a semi-auto handgun.

On April 30, 2012, around 4:30 p.m., the suspect went into a market located in the 5000 block of Valley Boulevard, armed with a hand gun. The suspect approached market employees and demanded money from the cash drawer. In fear for their lives, the victims complied with the suspect’s demands. The suspect exited the store and was last seen entering the passenger side of 1998-99 four-door green Honda Accord with spoiler.

The suspect is described as male Hispanic, stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 180 pounds, and is believed to be about 25-35 years old. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
