LAPD Media Relations Section Moves to New Headquarters Inquiries Should Be Temporarily Directed to Valley Satellite Office NA09311rf
WHAT:
The Los Angeles Police Department's (LAPD) Media Relations Section officially moves to the new Police Administration Building at 100 W. First Street.
WHEN:
A three-day transitional period while the move is in progress will require all media calls to be directed to the Media Relations Section Valley Satellite Office from Friday, November 20 through Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009. On Monday, November 23, 2009, the MRS will begin operating out of the new location.

Nov. 18 – 19, 2009: The Media Relations Section can be reached at the old phone number, 213-485-3586
Nov. 20 – 22, 2009: The Media Relations Section Valley Satellite Office can be reached at 818- 838-9913 or 9916. (NOTE: Operating hours on Sunday, Nov. 22, at the Valley Satellite Office will be 11 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.)
Beginning Monday, Nov. 23, the new Media Relations Section number will be 213-486-5910.
