LAPD Air Support Division”Shoes That Fit” Event WHAT: Donation of shoes and uniforms to students at Evelyn Truman Gratts Elementary School WHEN: December 3, 2010 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. WHERE: Evelyn Truman Gratts Elementary School 301 Lucas Avenue Los Angeles, California 90013 WHO: LAPD Counter Terrorism and Special Operations Bureau, Commander Michael Williams ASD Acting Commanding Officer Lieutenant Phillip A. Smith ASD civilian and sworn personnel WHY: LAPD Air Support Division (ASD) personnel will donate shoes and uniforms to Evelyn Truman Gratts Elementary School children. The school is in the Rampart Area and serves grades K-5. ASD has selected the organization “Shoes That Fit” to assist in the coordination of the event and will donate 86 shoes and 62 uniforms.
