WHY:
LAPD Air Support Division (ASD) personnel will donate shoes and uniforms to Evelyn Truman Gratts Elementary School children. The school is in the Rampart Area and serves grades K-5.
ASD has selected the organization “Shoes That Fit” to assist in the coordination of the event and will donate 86 shoes and 62 uniforms. During the event, ASD will conduct a helicopter fly-by.
