Broadway Los Angeles 90003 Who: Eighth District Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks LAPD Acting South Bureau Chief and Commander Robert Green LAPD 77th Area Captain Jorge Rodriguez LAPD Criminal Gang Homicide Division Acting Commanding Officer Thomas McMullen Victim’s family members Colleagues and coworkers from victim’s place of employment Why: To offer an incentive to the community in the hope that someone has information about the tragic killing and will come forward to the police. Seymour was the father of two children and employed by Best Buy retail stores.
