Murder Suspect Arrested after 16 Years NA16162jk

WHY:
On November 19, 2000, Daniel Felix was shot and killed in the 1800 block East 54th Street in Los Angeles. The murder suspect was able to elude apprehension for 16 years. The suspect was captured on July 25, 2016, and is now awaiting trial.
