LAPD, HOLLENBECK POLICE ACTIVITIES LEAGUE PARTNER WITH USC NA16377jr

WHAT: The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Hollenbeck Police Activities League (PAL) are announcing the collaboration between PAL and the University of Southern California (USC) Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work establishing the first Training Institute between law enforcement and a school of social work.

DETAILS: The LAPD is announcing the establishment of the first Training Institute between USC and Hollenbeck Police Activities League. Ten First Year Master in Social Work (MSW) students/interns under the Clinical Supervision of a USC Associate Professor and Licensed Clinical Social Workers will work with at risk youths in partnership with PAL programs to provide services to the community.

It is our goal to continue to engage the members of the community by providing social services free of charge that are not easily accessible.
