Indecent Exposure and Lewd Act Suspect Sought NR16388ti

Los Angeles: Harbor Area Sexual Assault Detectives are investigating two incidents of indecent exposure and lewd acts.

On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, around 2 p.m., two women were victims of an indecent exposure and a lewd act. Both incidents occurred separately at a San Pedro department store. The suspect specifically targeted the female victims, and when one of the women confronted him, he fled the store.

The suspect was described as a male, Hispanic, brown hair, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 to 145 pounds, 20 to 25 years of age, light mustache/beard. He was wearing a black baseball cap ("Cali" on rear of cap), red t-shirt, blue jeans, and one black "fingerless" workout gloves on his right hand.

It should be noted the suspect arrived at the store on a Razor scooter. The scooter was missing the foam grip on the right scooter handle bar.
