WHY:
Los Angeles City and school officials are hosting a town hall meeting in the community where eight people were wounded due to a shooting rampage at a bus stop on Feb. 27, 2008. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss ways and suggestions for improving public safety in the vicinity. Community members will also be connected with resources for grief counseling. Everyone in the community is encouraged to attend.
