Victorville Man Arrested for Having Sex with a Minor
Los Angeles: A former employee who worked at the Penny Lane Foster Care facility in North Hills was arrested for having unlawful sex with an underage girl, police said.
On January 15, 2008, Eugene Portis Jr., 37, of Victorville, was taken into custody at North Hollywood police station after the girl reported the incident during a drug counseling session held at the agency.
Portis was charged with having unlawful sex with a minor. He has since posted a $20,000.00 bail amount.
