Valley Traffic Division motorcycle officers along with officers who are assigned to Top Twenty Enforcement (TTE) Detail will be using LIDAR devices to conduct the speed enforcement. Utilizing these target specific devices, officers will measure the speed of the moving vehicle from as far as 1,000 ft.
