| On July 24th, 2002, at 9:30 p.m. the victim was walking home from a friend’s residence in the area of Monte Vista Street and Avenue 56. The suspect approached the victim and forced her into his vehicle. The suspect handcuffed the victim and identified himself as a police officer. The suspect drove the victim to the Mount Washington area. The suspect took the victim’s money and attempted to sexually assault her. The victim managed to free herself and bit the suspect. The victim was released unharmed. |
