LAPD Detectives provide information about LoJack give away to the Community NA13152nv

News Conference to provide information regarding LoJack give away to victims of Grand Theft Auto.

Representatives from LoJack, Ted Saraf

Why:
In an effort to reduce vehicle thefts Northeast Area Detectives along with representatives from LoJack are reaching out to the community to prevent auto-related crimes.  Representatives from LoJack have partnered up with Northeast Detectives in locating stolen vehicles by giving away free LoJack systems to select victims of auto-theft related crimes. Several members of the community who were victims of Grand Theft Auto have been invited to install Free a LoJack System in their vehicles.

Visuals:
There will be a tracking demonstration for the media to showcase how tracking technology is one of the tools that our Department uses to combat auto theft.
