Candlelight Vigil to be Held in Honor of Slain Officer

On Monday, November 29, 1999 at 7 P.M., at the Ahmanson Recruit Training Center, located at 5651 W. Manchester Boulevard, a Candlelight Vigil will be held in honor of the life of slain Officer Brian Brown.

On November 29, 1998, Officer Brown was shot and killed while in pursuit of a gang member who had just murdered an innocent citizen. Brian's fellow officers, friends in the community and Brian's family, including his young son Dylon, will be attending.
