Friday, November 19, 1999

On November 18, 1999, at approximately 1:50 p.m., a 17 year old mother that is currently a runaway from a placement facility, took her two year old daughter from a foster home located in the 16100 block of Gilmore St in violation of court orders. The mother left the location in an older white, Toyota, Tercel, with a male, Hispanic, possibility her boyfriend (late teens early 20's) and a male black (approximately 30 years). We believe that the mother is in the company of gang members, and the child's safety may be in jeopardy.

We are requesting the public's help in trying to locate the mother and child. The mother is described as a female Hispanic, 17 years of age, brown eyes, brown hair, 5'1" in height, 120 pounds. The child is female Hispanic, 2 years of age, last seen wearing gray shirt with pink pattern, and purple pants.
