17 Year Old Male Involved in a Single Vehicle Fatal Traffic Collision

On November 10,1999 at approximately 10:25 P.M., a single vehicle fatal traffic collision occurred at Olympic Boulevard near Queen Anne Place. A lone 17 year-old male driver was driving a 1999 Mercedes Benz C230 going eastbound on Olympic Boulevard. He ran off the roadway in a southeast direction and collided with a tree.
LAFD personnel responded and pronounced the driver dead due to his injuries. The driver's name is not being released pending notification of the next of kin.
