LAPD Recruit Class to Graduate

1880 North Academy Drive, Los Angeles

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department will graduate a class of 40 police recruits on Friday, November 14, 2003, at the historic Elysian Park Police Academy.

The graduating class consists of 29 men and 11 women. They will become probationary police officers assigned at Los Angeles Police Department Divisions throughout the City.

It is anticipated that over 500 guests will attend the ceremony. Chief William J. Bratton will inspect the class. Representatives from the Mayor’s office, as well as the Board of Police Commission will be in attendance.
