Los Angeles: On Saturday, November 15, 2003, at about 5:55 a.m., Foothill Area Officers responded to an "Assault with a Deadly Weapon Shots Fired" radio call in the 14000 block of Hubbard Street. When the officers arrived, they observed the victim, 35 year-old Clifford Ramirez, a resident of Sylmar, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
