Los Angeles: On November 15, 2003 at approximately 7:50 a.m., a
sixteen year old girl was kidnapped and sexually assaulted in the Hollywood
area. The young girl was waiting for a bus on the corner of Fountain Avenue
and Western Avenue when the suspect pulled up to the curb and ordered her
into his car, telling her he had a gun. Once the victim was inside the
vehicle, the suspect armed himself with a knife, which the suspect and
victim struggled over. The suspect overpowered the victim, drove to an
isolated area and sexually assaulted the victim. The suspect dropped the
victim off in the area of Santa Monica Boulevard and Highland Avenue. The
victim received a ride home from a taxi and she informed her mother of the
incident. The victim’s mother took her to the police station and she was
then transported to the hospital. She received medical treatment and was
released.
The suspect is described as a male White with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is 5’7-8" tall, weighs approximately 200 pounds and is 28-32 years old.
He was wearing a burgundy and white jacket, black t-shirt, blue sweat pants
and white tennis shoes. The vehicle is a newer model BMW, black in color
with a blue interior.
Hollywood Area Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in
