Los Angeles: On Thursday, November 27, 2003, at about 10:30 p.m., patrol officers from Hollywood Area Patrol Division responded to a radio call of shots fired in the 1200 block of North Saint Andrews Place.

Upon the officers’ arrival, they discovered the body of 40 to 45 year-old female Hispanic, Rosalba Acosta inside a vehicle. The victim had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. Los Angeles City Fire Department Paramedics responded and transported the victim to Cedars Sinai Hospital where she died.

One of the suspects in the vehicle fired several shots at the victim’s vehicle, striking and killing Acosta.

The suspects have been described as male Hispanics, driving a mid-80’s blue Honda, Accord, 4-door, with distinctive bright yellow lights on both front quarter panels.
