Southwest Baby Shower Shooting

Los Angeles : On November 13, 2004 , at 5:45 PM , Jimmy Drisdom, Jr. was attending a baby shower at the 2600 block of Raymond Avenue . Mr. Drisdom was standing outside in front of the house where the baby shower was held, when the suspects approached in a yellow car. The suspects driving South on Raymond Avenue began shooting at Mr. Disdom. He was fatally wounded and died at scene. During the shooting four additional victims were struck by gunfire.

A two year old was hit on the leg and is in stable condition at a local hospital, as well as two additional victims. A fourth victim is listed in critical condition at a local hospital. The names of the surviving victims are not available for release.
