Farewell Retirement Reception for Officer Don Cox

Where:
Traxx Restaurant and Bar at the Historic Union Station, 800 North Alameda Street , Los Angeles

When:
December 10, 2004 , 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Los Angeles : After 35 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Los Angeles with the Los Angeles Police Department, Officer Don Cox is retiring. Don has worked numerous assignments as a Los Angeles Police Officer but is most recognized for his position as a Public Information Officer. Members of the media have benefited from his expertise, diligence and genuine concern to provide factual and timely information. To honor his long and distinguished career we are having a farewell reception at the Union Station. In addition to the evening’s festivities, gourmet fare and live jazz music will add to the already celebratory reception.

Members of the media are invited to join us in honoring Don Cox.

Tickets are limited and will be available for purchase beginning November 18, 2004 . We are requesting that tickets be purchased by cash only. Tickets are $30.00 per person and include food, gift and valet parking.
