Detectives Investigate a Stabbing Death

Los Angeles: LAPD Detectives are investigating the stabbing death of Maritza Enamorada a 33-year-old female Hispanic.

On Wednesday evening, November 17, 2005 at about 7:40 p.m., officers responded to a radio call of a murder investigation at an apartment located in the 800 block of Carondolet Avenue.

Upon the officers arrival they discovered the body of a woman lying on the floor of her apartment with stabbed wounds to her body. She died at the scene.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the woman was involved in a struggle with a suspect inside of her apartment prior to being stabbed.

There is no suspect information available.
